Speeding is one of those things that most of us are guilty of at some point in our lives, to some degree or another. Maybe you're not the heavy foot doing 30 over the speed limit, or maybe you are, either way, seeing those red and blue flashing lights accompanied by the typical siren just sucks the wind right out of your sails. Not to mention, the tickets that usually come with getting pulled over for speeding can be a huge headache to deal with and often quite expensive (depending on how fast you were going, obviously). This driver in Florida got pulled over by an officer who caught him going a little too fast. When the officer approached the man and asked what his hurry is, the driver claimed that he was "Russain home to see what Putin was gonna do next". It's probably the first time (and maybe the only time) the officer has heard that excuse but hey, Florida Man is gonna Florida Man.
